At Bargello Eindhoven, we do our best to inform you as thoroughly as possible about our products, so you can order with confidence. If you're still not happy with your purchase, the following conditions apply.
As a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from (cancel) your online order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
This right of withdrawal applies only to orders placed through our webshop, and not to purchases made in our physical store (our regular in-store exchange conditions apply there).
For hygiene reasons, an exception to the right of withdrawal applies to perfumes as soon as the seal has been broken. Specifically, this means:
We clearly point this out before and during the ordering process, so that you are aware of this before breaking the seal.
The costs of returning a product are borne by the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered (see point 5).
As soon as we have received and approved your return (meaning the product is unopened and sealed), we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days to the account you used when placing the order.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original payment (via Stripe), unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days of receipt, via Bargellomedia@gmail.com, including a description and, if possible, a photo of the issue.
