1. These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Bargello Eindhoven and to every distance contract concluded between Bargello Eindhoven and the consumer, both through the webshop and, where applicable, for purchases made in the physical store.
2. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated how the terms and conditions can be viewed and that they will be sent on request.
1. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
2. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered, including images. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Bargello Eindhoven.
3. All images, specifications and information in the offer are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
1. The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the associated conditions (for example, completing the order and payment).
2. Bargello Eindhoven works exclusively with guest orders; no customer accounts are created or stored.
3. Bargello Eindhoven confirms orders without delay by email to the email address provided by the consumer.
1. For orders placed through the webshop, a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies, as described in more detail in our separate Return and Refund Policy.
2. For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed perfumes are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This is clearly stated before the consumer proceeds to purchase.
3. The costs of returning a product are borne by the consumer, unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered.
4. Refunds following an approved return will be made within 14 days of receipt and approval of the returned item.
1. All prices stated are in euros and include VAT.
2. Prices are subject to typing and programming errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of such errors.
3. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are stated separately during the order process (see Article 8).
1. Bargello Eindhoven guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and the statutory provisions in force on the date the agreement was concluded.
2. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered product, please report this within 14 days of receipt via Bargellomedia@gmail.com. In that case, Bargello Eindhoven will offer, at the consumer's choice, a free replacement product or a full refund, with the return costs borne by Bargello Eindhoven.
1. Bargello Eindhoven ships orders via PostNL.
2. The average delivery time is 2–3 business days after shipment.
3. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.95. Shipping is free for orders from €100.
4. Bargello Eindhoven also ships to Belgium. Different shipping costs and/or delivery times may apply to orders from Belgium; this will be clearly stated when completing the order.
5. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has provided to Bargello Eindhoven.
6. The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with Bargello Eindhoven until the moment of delivery, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
1. Payments through the webshop are processed via our payment provider Stripe. Bargello Eindhoven does not itself store credit card or bank details.
2. Unless otherwise agreed, the consumer must pay the amounts due when placing the order.
1. Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to Bargello Eindhoven within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described, via Bargellomedia@gmail.com or by phone on 040-2373322.
2. Complaints submitted to Bargello Eindhoven will be answered within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, a response will be sent within this period indicating the timeframe within which the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.
For the processing of personal data, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, for what purpose, and what rights the consumer has.
1. Dutch law exclusively applies to agreements between Bargello Eindhoven and the consumer.
2. Disputes between the consumer and Bargello Eindhoven will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If this does not lead to a resolution, the competent Dutch court has jurisdiction to hear the dispute, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Bargello Eindhoven reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version can always be consulted on the website. Changes do not apply retroactively to agreements already concluded.
